Who ships what
dsauq is not the seller and does not warehouse your goods. You choose a fulfilment mode per store, and the storefront shows shoppers the mode and its timelines at checkout.
How orders move from your shelf to your shopper's door β dispatch obligations, courier coverage, charges, tracking, and what happens when a parcel goes wrong.
You pack and hand over; our courier partners carry, track and collect COD. Dispatch within the window you advertise, and the platform handles labels, tracking updates and remittance.

Mark an order packed and generate its label within the handling time you set β the platform default is one working day for in-stock items and three for made-to-order goods. Orders placed after 4 pm, on Sundays or on gazetted holidays count from the next working day.
| Destination | Standard | Express |
|---|---|---|
| Same city | 1β2 days | Same day |
| Within state | 2β3 days | 1β2 days |

Counted in working days from dispatch, not from order. Estimates exclude weather disruption, strikes and other events outside the courier's control.
You decide what the shopper pays β flat rate, weight slabs, zone-based, or free above a cart value. Courier freight is charged to your account on volumetric or actual weight, whichever is higher, and appears on your monthly settlement statement.
Checkout checks the destination pincode against live courier coverage and blocks orders that cannot be served, so you are not left cancelling. COD is available on serviceable pincodes up to βΉ25,000 per order and can be switched off per store, per product or per zone.
COD collections are remitted to your bank account after the courier settles them to us β typically 5β7 working days from delivery.
Every shipment gets an AWB number, a tracking page on your storefront, and automatic SMS and email updates at each stage:
Pack goods well enough to survive transit, use the label the dashboard generates without altering it, and put a printed copy of the tax invoice inside every parcel β an e-way bill is also required where the consignment value crosses the threshold for the route. Fragile, liquid and battery-containing items must be declared when booking; undeclared restricted goods travel at your risk.
Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. After that the parcel returns to you as an RTO, and freight for both legs is charged to your account. Wrong or incomplete addresses can be corrected once from the dashboard while the shipment is in transit.
If a shipment shows no movement for 7 days, raise a delay ticket β we chase the courier and keep you and the shopper updated until it moves or is declared lost.
Report damage or loss within 48 hours of the delivery scan, with photographs of the parcel and packing. Claims are settled by the courier under its liability terms β generally the lower of the declared invoice value and the courier's per-shipment cap.
If you deliver yourself, you own the timelines, proof of delivery and any damage in transit β mark orders dispatched and delivered honestly, since shoppers see those stamps. Store pickup shows your address and opening hours at checkout, and the shopper gets a pickup code to present at the counter.
Shipping and courier escalations: support@dsauq.com, with the AWB number in the subject line. Urgent pickup failures can be raised from the order page for a same-day response.
